at 16:30 you stopped because you ran into the unbuilt raft, which might also be why you couldn't add that third piece to the front of the one you're using last episode. The build/hit boxes would have overlapped/collided.

To stop campfire from extinguishing during rain - place a wall to a foundation then a roof protruding out from the wall. Then place a campfire on ground under the roof & fire will not go out when raining.

In another stream I saw a person parkour up to the building, also try using the bench to get rid of the hammer after you use it to build your house. I hope they add in new work stations and other POIs into the game. Have a Great one!!!

You should be able to use the work bench to disassemble things like bandages and tools or weapons to get back the materials that it takes to make that item . I saw a guy build also and he had his foundations finished before adding the walls .

@GameEdged I reported the issue with the worn/used up hammer to the devs only yesterday. Just like your spear or axe that degrades with each use, eventually the hammer depletes and disappears. Then you change tools, and you can't press 'E' to access anything. It is locked in the build menu. That means you can't sleep or save your game, either. Basically, it's "Game Over!' It happens every time. I favour large builds, so it happens to me sooner rather than later. I asked for the devs to make sure we can discard/drop hammers. Btw, I've been a fan since your videos on the original _'The Forest'._

i built a bridge from starter island to 2nd island. Also make a hammer and make a proper house and sleep off the ground

It looks like for rafts and buildings, all the required materials are listed together and can be added from the same point.

I’ve seen another player make the big circular shelter with a fire inside. Then there is the bed on stilts. Can’t remember what it takes to make each, but maybe worth having a look?

Will say it Looks Good .. *BUT* needs alot of work still "raft steering" - "animal killing" etc. 🤔 *And* Kinda silly to have a *Lighthouse* and not no way up, could have Had at least Broken stairs.

i feel like the game doesn't like dropping from inventory into the air it seems to prefer actual placing items on ground when dragging and dropping.

They gotta fix so that you can steer the raft the same way as in stranded deep. That sailing was absolutely horrible and took away all the joy of sailing
