In a Mill-Turn machine, especially on a sub spindle, you may have limited travel in X or Y directions. The components in a Mill-Turn machine tend to have less clearance and travel on the sub-spindle side. In these cases it's important to know how to force a particular spindle orientation for maximum clearance.
