I haven't tried out Hydroneer until now as the 2.0 version has just come out. While the lack of inventory is a bit tedious I think I enjoy the game so far. Let's see how far we can take this mine.
In this episode I set up a full conveyor sorting system and forge an iron drill at the large forge area.

More About Hydroneer:

You can put drills on the ground. You just need to put dirt on a block if it does not have access to dirt. The dirt placed acts as whatever level you are on. So if you dig down to say Tier Two dirt, and put in on a block on surface level, it is considered surface level dirt. If you are using Tier One Drills and Harvesters, the cloutium pipe pressure exceeds the max pressure of the Tier Ones. It does however speed up the conveyor systems. Once you get to Tier Two drills and harvesters, the max pressure of the cloutium is available. (make sure to put boosters on your pump!) Max filters is 5. You can put logic on those to auto repair also. That helps things out immensely. You will notice a lot of things in this game are band aids. Things like the hammer were added as a band aid to lock things down. Smelters were added because the 100s of particles that lag out a beast system is much easier to manage when you have consolidated into 1 thing for your computer to process. if people are not getting notifications, ringing the bell does not constitute they will get one. If you have a person who ticks the bell on 200 channels, KZfaq only selects a few to push notifications for. Just try and redirect people to their subscription feed. It is much easier to see new video releases, as well as a way to get a few more subscribers. You can always find the new videos from channels you are subscribed to at kzfaq.infosubscriptions

*@Grind This Game* 17:13 About the anvil, smelt them ALL into ONE single bar, put that hot bar on the anvil & THEN use the saw to split them up enough, the new bars spawns on top in a neat stack.

Also remember you lose pressure as you extend and lay pipes too!

Magnet and containers are a brutal combo. Since pans have a no clip on contents using the magnet around a full pan will cause an explosion of resources. Also for a cleaner worksite try the rake you'll love it. There's a volume setting for the dripping pipes

max pressure is 370. make 1 ingot, heat it, put it on the anvil and THEN cut it with a saw into multiples.

if you don't know the price of the machine the sorting system save about 3100 coins and you will have a bit of extra money after.

Definitely need to get some smelting going, you’ll earn pretty quickly that way! Definitely also helps with the lag! Thanks for introducing me to this game it’s been great!

@@GrindThisGame oh indeed, you can do it early with the crucibles and the early fire stand things, typically smelting early is a pain, but it definitely can project you forward pretty fast! Great job brother

if you place a small foundation into the furnace, it is easier to make the bars hot, you then basically have a flat surface where you can heat up your bars

For Iron crafting, each bar represent 10%, so for dagger you get 10%, axe gives you 20% and sword is 30%, for gold crafting is same, rings have only 1 bar so it raise the value by 10% and necklaces require 2 bars so it raise the profit by 20%, also for gold crafting is plus the gem value, bigger the gem, more coins you get. So, it looks like this: ***Iron*** ***Gold*** - Dagger - 10% - Ring - 10% (plus gem value) - Axe - 20% - Necklace - 20% (plus gem value) - Sword - 30% Basically, there is no point in crafting dagger, axe and rings if you wish to make money ;) Also selling tip, don't waste your time waiting for auction to raise the prices, just sell it at jeweler store by normal price, much faster, much reliable and price is always same :D

Thanks for the Icehelm tour/tutorial; I was curious how forging works. Offhand have you had any crash issues? I've was playing on 2.0.3 for awhile and I crashed about every 10-15 minutes or so. Once I took a phone call and the game was just running without me doing anything and it crashes. Steam updated to 2.0.5, maybe that's more stable?

To find the lost sword you can clip yourself into wall and be able to see the plot - to do that go underground, make a tunnel long enough to stand in crouched (Press C to crouch) then let go of C to stand up and if you do it correctly you can clip into the wall and see where your sword is.

Thank you for going to the effort of editing these. This video is the very same length as the amount of time I spent watching the previous one. (I wasn't in the mood to sit through an entire hour of sheer frustration) It's interesting to see the new additions to the game. As much as I enjoy your hour long videos, I think in this instance Quality over Quantity is paramount.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but you can change the colour of the drop target in the options menu, under gameplay.

you can take all the old pipes and scrap them to get alil bit o $ back also you can get icehealm to get n make the better machines

The pallet makes it hard to see where your going. I like the cart better. Also over filling the truck has cause me some lag issues since the most recent update.

theres no fall damage, so you dont have to wait for the elevator, just jump and be free :)

I start watching youtube from my subscriptions so no matter what I will see your videos. Algorithm probably isn't happy that you haven't uploaded like "normal" but every creator has to take a break for various reasons right? I wouldn't sell any iron at all for money because of how much iron is needed for the tier 2 drills. You should make some intake boosters at the forge next but it sounds like you already have another episode ready.

Just to be clear, you know you can pick earth from the bottom, put it under the miners and they work like they were down there, right?

You keep calling drills harvesters. The harvester (called by the game) takes the dirt chunks pulled out of the ground by the drills and converts them into the raw resources.s
