Hi, just seen the "Short" on your guy unloading the Wacker digger. . I know you are keen to keep control of your costs and care for your kit. Your man unloaded the digger with the dipper as his stabiliser. This is wrong, if the dipper hits the ground it damages the ram and they are expensive to repair. If he puts the blade to the rear when loading and unloading, the machine will never tip over. So it's safe, also the blade can tolerate the pressure of the weight of the machine both in loading and unloading so removing any bills for damage. 😊

The Croome sits in well with the silver bolts on the wheel arches . Might have to change them to ? . Brilliant vlog as always .

I loved ❤ this phrase, to be honest never heard before 😂 - emotional vampires 🧛😁 to be honest you are absolutely right about people who pick only problems, and not trying to find solutions… Remember years ago on a job when we had a lot of problems due to take project after contract who failed to maintain site requirements and so many defective works were done and every time I was coming to Contracts Manager, to tell him about some new issues, he told me - I don’t wanna hear word problems, I need to hear only solutions 😅
