@ around 8.03 mins I actually thought you’d found the previous tenants bit on the side hiding in the bedroom 😉🐑🐑😅 I just recently did a bit of work on a property in Aberdaron CL Jones seems a good contact if you can get on to them, lots of merchants over there seem to whack the prices up whether that’s due to supply & demand and having to ‘import’ everything from the rest of the UK 🤷🏻‍♂️ or could just be an ‘English Tax’ 😉 They’ll probably all be sweet with you if they can get some YT clout out of it though! Them Hmo’s looking very nice, My dad is a painter he does loads of student accom this time of year for a few firms i go with him when hes rushing to get it over the line and some of the state’s students leave them in are disgusting have no respect for people’s properties im a young lad myself so do understand to an extent it may be dirty at times but damages to wall from the dartboard is just disrespectful, how do you go about charging for damages in the communal areas with 6 people in them? I have a few question for Alex… 1. Do you purchase these properties via auction or from just normal sellers. 2. Are these properties doer uppers or are they just 3 bedrooms converted to 4 and 5? 3. In the current market how hard is it to come across these type of properties. 4. When taking out a mortgages for these properties how hard is it actually the paper work side. 5. Do you take every property you purchase to brick and rearrange stuff like lower the ceilings but if you was to lower it from downstairs wouldn’t you have to play with the joists for the top floor?
