I received this system for Christmas. The light died after a few days and had a devil of a time getting a replacement part from the company.

You are going to love how amazing plants grow. I have a small 6 pod and I definitely need a larger one. FYI. They also grow “special” seeds wonderfully 😁

Oh Bev I think you got a great machine. It really looks simple enough. One question does it take the water from your jug as needed or does it reuse the water that it already took from the jug? Now to watch for when you do the updates on the growth of your herbs. Really really amazing. Thank you 🙏❤️🙏

Looks great Bev. You could have fresh tomatoes and peppers in wintertime.

Good evening, Mrs. V, I was so happy to see you get a hydroponic garden. I will pass on some wisdom and help you maybe NOT make the mistakes I have the past two years. I have tried to reuse the sponges, it's a NO GO. They Change consistency/texture/ and have the "calcified nutrients in the, so do yourself a favor, just stock up while they are still cheap. Your idea of just panting the sponges in the soil is ALSO a NO GO. The Root system won't be able to reach out through the sponge as it dries up from the soil. If you want to plant your seedlings in soil you will have to CAREFULLY peel the sponge away from the root system. I have tried both ways with MANY different plants and this is your best bet. You will also need to "snip" the bottom of those cages BEFORE you have a root system, as the roots will tangle around them, and you won't be able to remove the sponge without damaging it. If you're intending to grow tomatoes and peppers this winter, (I live in South Dakota just a bit south of Winnepeg MB) pick up some BUSH container tomatoes, and small bush pepper plants, but don't plant every part of the garden, just a couple will do. Another WONDERFUL thing to grow in the "Areogardens" is LETTUCE, this you can pick as you need, and KNOW your not going to get listeria or some other awful disease. I hope this helps, Much love from Mrs.V in SD

🙋🏻‍♀️☝🏻That's far better than the American version "Aero-grow"...the lights rise far higher allowing the plants to grow much taller 😁👍🏻

Oh one last thing put that light down close to the seeds to get them to germinate.

That's a nice system. I have the aerogarden in my apartment. And it too is on my grandma's old sewing machine table. Saved me lots of money last year when lettuce was going from 6-9 dollars a head.

This one looks great. I had a smaller version of one I did like, but got tired of the constant bright light. Never thought of it being a seed starter tho. 👍🏼 great idea!!

That's a really cool setup. Hydroponic systems are easy, for the most part, to setup & maintain, plus you can grow quite a lot in a small space. I'm thinking about getting a vertical system in the future but I first want to do more research about growing hydroponic plants & the different systems. I really appreciate your video Bev. I was definitely looking forward to seeing this & I think it's a really easy to do & seems virtually low maintenance. Can't wait to see the results!!! Here's to a great harvest!!! God bless you!❤

Ah, so it is basically a knock off of the Aero Garden, with a couple of improvements. Well, maybe their latest models have them, too. These types of gardens are so nice. They are pretty much foolproof, so I love them. I use mine to grow lettuce in the winter. I've also had good luck growing basil in them as I like to have a lot of basil handy. The one thing that can be a problem is crowding. If you plant things with different germination times, the stuff with short germination will grow and shade out the stuff with longer germination dates. It just has too much of a head start. So spacing can be very important. Or which side you put things on. Just something to keep in mind.

The fact that the machine doesn't have a control panel on the machine itself for everthing is the biggest reason I would not buy that
