I love this! I would love to see a whole video that is just different sized versions of various layouts. How to make a mini-habit tracker or a big one, how to make a tiny expenses log, etc. I've never thought about the options on sizing and how that might help me. Right now I use a giant whole page for everything.

I've been including a Library Log in my last few months. It's a table that lists Returned, Due, Type, Title, and Read. It helps me keep track if which items I need to get to first. And I put the due date in pencil because sometimes items renew and the date changes.

I’ve seen a lot of weekly dashboard layouts but very few where that’s applied to a monthly setup instead. Love it! I use dailies, so the weekly dashboard isn’t really applicable for me, but I can totally see rethinking my monthly setup to this dashboard style and then continuing with my dailies for tasks, notes, etc.

One of my staples making a comeback in September after not using it for a few months is a daily bank balance tracker. Last year I was able to catch a couple unauthorized transactions almost immediately this way and was able to notify my bank before any damage was done.

The B5 certainly offers a lot of space! 😝 I’d be interested to set something like this up in an A5, but I’d probably lean towards the second layout as a “base structure” 🤔

I have a hard time trying to conceptualized mimicking a spread from a B5 journal into an A5 journal (which is what I currently use) I'd love to see how you could implement the same ideas into a smaller spread (even a B6) to maximize the smaller paper space for a more effective spread

I love this. I am already planning to try Dutch doors in Feb for the first time to condense my spreads. Soo I’m thinking March I might do this. See what works better for me. I am tired of using a whole page or 2 for a monthly cal that is going to remain blank.

In my monthly spread I like to add a section where I can note the tasks that I need to focus on in my garden for each month. It starts out as a basic list of reminders for what would be appropriate to do in the garden during that month and then I add specific tasks that relate to my garden. For example we should plant daffodils in November so my list might include planting daffodils but then I add specifically where they should go.

had a all in one monthly spread for over a year (and still use all in one spreads for my weekly) and It works very well if you don't have too much of everything to write in and you'd rather maximize space, or if you're like me and you hate turning pages every two seconds. In my monthly all in one, I had a calendar, name of the month and a quote on the left page, and on the right page there was a column of events and important dates, half a column for finance stuff and half a column for other notes.

Recently, I've experimented a lot of things: dutch door, full of designs and colors, and so on, and nothing worked out well. T_T It's easy to get influenced by the artistic side of journaling and I admit, I am one of those who want to get as aesthetic as possible because of what I see from everyone else. But once, I tried a simple daily to-do list and I found consistency with it, soooooo, after all the trial and error episodes, I was able to find a functional spread for me. For those who are new to bullet journal, maybe try to think of what you want to see and prioritize in your journal. For me, I want to see everything in one page. Given that I'm not that creative, I wanna make it simple and functional, and I actually don't like writing repeatedly, so yeah. :) EDIT: Also, Jashii you're my favorite bujo content creator as I get a lot of content ideas and endless possibilities

I use what I dub a hybrid monthly layout where I have a little mini calendar in the corner and underneath a section for goals then on the right side of the page a Ryder Carroll style monthly for events. The challenge space was *intended* to be a place to fill out one box for each day of a 30 day month, but then I accidentally doubled up my lines so it now has two boxes for each day 😝 With that in mind, it could be something that's you're trying to do twice daily 💪💜

@@victoriat.similien4973 the "weekly" section is just a list of things you want to do each week, and then numbers you can colour in once you've done that thing in that week. The numbers correspond to the rows on the calendar grid (e.g. "1" is the week in row 1, "2" is the week in row 2, etc.)
