Coincidentally, he has a song "na oil" where he sings "na oil me I dey carry". Kindly go & listen to his album; you can start with "black times" , then "From Africa with fury: rise" to the other 2 (many things, a long way from the beginning). It's like going to university; real university not like 9ja uni wey dey miseducate, misinform & oppress.

It's not Knowledge he has. It's "awareness". Awareness turns information into knowledge. He is aware of himself, his environment, his society, his community, his life and his role. Awareness is key. A person who is not aware is but asleep and is easily a victim of the world. That's the root issue in Nigeria. Most of its people are literally asleep and why their lives are riddled with misery and they just can't understand why.

Omo Baba Fela, Oosa. May Fala’s Souls Rest In Peace ✌️ The first paved road was surprisingly found at Ile Ife in 1846 when the British government went there to sign the protectorate treaty. There was no paved road anywhere in Europe or the world then! It was documented and published. I used it as my Facebook page picture. Western education is good, but unreliable ✌️👍🏽

I wonder how many Nigerians who think that it is a shame that despite our abundant human and material resources real progress is yet to be made in all areas of our national life. Just few days ago Nigerians went on self-mockery termed independence; a majority of the people went ; " happy independence...": Yet, most simple, very easy things elsewhere in the world are impossible. Portable Water is one of many examples. It's always great to see and feel the spirit of Fela in his offspring, Seun in particular. Long live , bro!

@@felixabayomiakanbaiyaniwur4169 dear uncle I understand what you mean but let's reason together, what happens when the foundation of a building is faulty? You dismantle it and try a new different thing entirely right? Why don't you support Yoruba nation agitation so we can dismantle this Nigeria that its foundation is obviously faulty, and try new thing by going back to where we were before the white man came and amalgamated us? Was there anything called Nigeria before Frederick Lugard came? You said you put humanity first which is a good thing to do yes I agree. But can you show me one country in the world that speaks over 50 languages and that country is progressive? You talked about love yes I agree 👍🏿 But the question is are we really the same people in this so-called oneNigeria? Do we share same values? Is our culture the same? We have different views, different ideologies in this Nigeria therefore love is dead it doesn't matter what you do. Imagine a Yoruba nation with one language and heritage there will be progress. Europe is divided according to tribes that's why they're more progressive than we black for your enlightenment. Divide Nigeria and you'll see competition from different nations that'll emerge, and that competition will make the people progressive. In UK here where I live Scotland want to leave the UK just like the UK left the EU and nobody ever shoot a gun, Poland is agitating to leave the EU yet nobody is killing or arresting the Polish people. In Africa and in Nigeria Nnamdi Kanu/Sunday Igboho are being persecuted cos they are agitating cos they want to leave Nigeria. Who does that? Fulani will never ever love you cos you have completely a different way of life and culture and views of life. We all know we are not the same people why must we be in the same zoological republic? Britain came and trapped all of you in one Nigeria for their own economy interest, but in their land there's Scotland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales. OneNigeria my foot.
