Are you sure the bonus critical chance is additive after mods ? The bug might be just something similar to a +150% mod multiplicative on the weapon’s base crit ? Thanks for the video !

Do you know why Sow's duration suddenly goes to zero in the middle of it's uptime? For example, in this video, you can see it happen a second after 8:15. What's happening?

If there ever was a gloom augment, I think having an energy drop chance if enemies are killed in the radius by the shadow would be a good middle ground, imo. It changes the playstyle, and doesn't ensure other frames can benefit from the subsumed ability, since the gloom augment only works if the shadow is active.

Very clever idea. A Gloom augment that only works for shadow. (yes people have pointed out energy isn't whats needed) But some other way to buff Shadow while gloom is active is really cool. How about heavy attack efficiency and Death Well replenish on kill?

@@joshrickashay1134 I'm M11, it doesn't really change much, it comes down to what warframes/weapons you have. If you have a full research clan, get the mk-III stuff for the railjack and run the solo void storm exterminate, it should be Neptune I think, I don't remember, it comes up pretty often. Solo is perfectly doable, just keep moving and rush in as soon as you can. It took me an average of 5/6 Min per run. This void storm in particular is LV 40 if I remember correctly

Unfortunately, since augments take up a mod slot, they sorta have to be upgrades as if they were exclusively side grades, they'd always be one mod short of standard load outs. An augment slot would be nice but definitely overpowered with how they've been handled so far.

Hoping Sow's Death Seed receives an augment that refreshes duration, stacks and spreads it's effects. Stacking bodies with increasing ticks of true damage would be incredible.

I agree on certain parts of his kit needing a rework. The additional clones was something I was thinking of, with him sending his clone to possess an enemy, causing that enemy to become vulnerable and unresponsive, afflicting enemies with the damage increase he applies, and when killed possessing another at the cost of Death Well and gaining increased duration. Sow being similar with every interaction of damage causing it to amp up on damage, eventually wxploding and applying the base to be amped up again, and when interacting with Exalted Shadows attacks, increasing in duration at the cost of Death Well each hit. Then Gloom, Sevagoth still slows and heals, but only he can heal others in his radius, while it gives increased Death Well siphoning and gains percentage from Exalted Shadows melee strikes. Then Shadows abilities, his 1 pulling with claws and slowing with a shriek. His 2 acting as a Mercy kill on an enemy nearest to the reticle, impaling them and tearing them apart if it'swithin a threshold, instead of launching him forward for awkward hugs. And his 3 consuming his base forms Shadow and Death Seed to be launched and reapplied similar to Garuda's blood ball. Just my thoughts, know it wouldn't get real consideration. EDIT: forgot key thing I wanted, Death Well gained increasing with Power Strength.

Hopefully by the time Sevagoth Prime comes out, he'll be a face of the meta. You cannot give a Warframe a cool ass look and a cool gimmick and have him be crap forever. I still think he needs a mini rework though. Oh, and I'll be really upset if his eventual Gloom augment isn't tailored made for him specifically. He's suffered enough neck stabs DE. Edit: Typo.

Not to mention he's literally overshadowed by his abilities own success. If gloom wasn't his subsume, he'd see more play and people wouldn't immediately discount him. Those are his two biggest issues besides some minor lack of QOL. He has a lot of power but it's overshadowed by massive grind commitment and a subsume that's arguably one of the best cc's if not most controversial ccs in the game.

Because let's be honest Gloom seriously isn't even the best subsume compared to Nourish, Eclipse, and Roar. The only ones using Gloom are frames that have shitty survivability by default and even then you can just subsume some damaging ability instead and just murder everything before they have the chance to kill you

Right now all I want is for the augment to get the cc when using Shadow's three, and for sevagoth and Shadow to have their energy bar merged, because it feels awful to run out of energy on sev while using gloom while you're in shadow

The slow on gloom is painful. If you know how to survive without gloom its just a hiderance at that point. Making mission take longer than they should. I subsumed over that hot garbage with pillage. Pillage sow reap = millions of damage. Honestly made him s teir in my eyes. His reap scales eith enemy health to so its level cap worthy after armor strip.

You dont have to recast it like that tho. As long as an enemy is marked another shadow will spawn after you kill them and spread to others the shadows will always seek out enemies i did like an hour in steel path survival casting the ability not more than like 3 times and i also tested reap and sow on lvl cap on steel path. Strong enough to kill those enemies just hadto stack on viral. I hope that stupid bug is fixed soon tho

Doesnt his reap scale with enemy health? If so makes sense it works at level cap. Personally I subsume pillage over his gloom. As survivability tool its kinda of trash at higher levels Sheild gate and armor strip is infinitely better. Ived reach millions of damage with armor strip then sow and reap. With a good amount of range and his shadow haze augment the whole room just dies in one cast. Then you can just burst down whatever is left alive although most of the time its nothing left alive. He is actually s tier in my eyes now.

@@jaketheman1577 yea sow reap does scale to lvl cap on steel path, I've done it vs corpus grineer and infested they all die instantly, and also for more survivability I use diriga with helstrum to spread viral, heat and radiation, enemies are always primed with viral and confused plus with duplex bond sentinel clowns are always around shooting and manifold bond also affects the cooldown of the guardian mod and restores your shields instantly when it goes down

When you are using his 1 and 2 together with a weapon with high status like slash, the procs make even more dmg. So you can use it nuke small areas, I love using him with this augment and my toxin/slash bubonico.

I started testing a bit with the Acrid/Kompressa, so that I don't have IPS and very little Crit chance. Here are my scuffed observations: - The Shadow applies the Crit buff at default value on the initial cast, while marking enemies in his path uses the modded one - The rule before this, sometimes(?!) applies to him marking in the path as well. I don't know what's the pattern here - When an enemy is affected by bis 1 and a Shadow spawned on kill, it sometimes adds the buff again? (Seems like base chance + modded chance) I am very confused now. Help.

No makes sense the way it is. Would be way to easy to cone back to life. As it stands now it infinitely scales with enemy health so pretty much if there is 5 enemies without overgaurd you are guaranteed to come back to life.

I feel like the skin doesnt make sense with his theme. Looks to much spartan like. Would have been cooler if they gave him more of a catholic pope look. He already has robes hanging around his neck so it would make sense.

I think roar with sevagoth could be a very interesting combination now. Due to punc proc buff, punc actually gives you not only 80% dmg decrease for enemy, it now gives you max 25% flat critical chance, a mini arcane avenger you could say. And roar has an augment, piercing roar, which basically inflicts max 5 stacks by pressing button, in 25m, no line of sight required. More flat critical increase kekw With arcane avenger, piercing roar punc proc, decent str with shadow haze augment (if fixed), you just red crit everywhere, a very funni pocket harrow go brrr And knockdowns should be insanely long with gloom, plus if they are out of gloom range, their dmg is severely lowered, so you don't need to worry about getting boomed by enemies that is not in gloom. (And regarding to augments, I think rhino is the very few example of all augments being very good yet situational, it is only needed when certain scenario called and your gameplay is basically the same without any of it. but finding that fineline of strong but not mandatory is quite difficult for frames that have some mechanics involved though.)

I used roar and it was great but I changed to nourish and his energy economy is now perfect. Idk why but I feel like I haven’t experienced many of these bugs as I felt my damage was really high with just his 1, which was why switching roar felt fine.

Hello, I’m a Sevagoth main but I took a little over a year break. Could you please share your current build for Sevagoth with the new Augment? Also, since I’ve been away for awhile, what are the best weapons to use and or what are the best Sevagoth weapons to use? How and where do I get the new Augment?

I have a sp nuke build that combines the Aug and the reap+sow combo with armor strip. Works ok solo but is utterly amazing with a frame that gives energy. I use the trumna with him to clean up acolytes and it alone shreds. My suggestion for weapons is go for anything with low cc+high cd, but really any weapon that can crit will work. Also you get his Aug from Suda or the perrin sequence.

I tested this before the patch and it wasn't always giving the full crit change I expected but it wasn't as massively unreliabe as shown here, jsut sometimes getting few yellows when those should be all orange or above.

Before the patch it seemed to work most of the time (for me) with small hiccups, I had a hybrid latron so it was difficult to test but for the most part it seemed alright, but after that jackal fix it went to shit

I was already excited he got an Augment after 2 years, it gives crit on top of splitting into 3 Shadows that can easily fill his Death Well and basically means building for pure Strength means you can also get your infinite energy Shadow with busted base damage. Now you're telling me the Crit is *flat*

Sadly rpimes are dictated based off of a warframes release date in a patters of male male female female. There have been exceptions but that is the general prime frame ruling. I crave sev prime too, just not the 34 forma recommitment XD

@gamingreaper9162 he released in 2021, so assuming his prime takes 4 years and they don't speed it up (Garuda took about 3 years and 4 months) he should likely release sometime in mid/late 2025

The Styanax augment is legit busted. You can get 10s of thousands of overguard, since there is no cap. You have a better ironhide, than rhino. Also, it is shared. Also, you can run nourish+last stand for unlimited energy for your team. Also, Tharros Strike still strips 100% of armor.

The new changes allow sentinels to easily give energy. Nautolis weapon verlok i think can easily kill sp enemies using the spread bond which transfers status on kill with cordon and synthfiber produces lits of energy orbs. Used with manifold bond which reduces companion abilities whenba enemy dies with 3 status effects for rapid ability use and grouping dirifa provides near continuous uptime on static coil for force shock and sentinel weapon procs or deathcube which can generate energy orb every 10 assists. Finaly duplex bond which whenever u spend 100 energy your companion coppies itself with copy having no abilities and half damage but still kills sp and the copies have a 50 percent chance to spawn a energy orb on kill. Its never been easier to gain energy in warframe

Anybody know why Sow's duration suddenly goes to zero in the middle of it's uptime? For example, in this video, you can see it happen a second after 8:15. Any idea what's happening?

When all sown enemies are dead the duration resets allowing another cast.

The augment isn’t bugged, its just extremely poorly coded. It sharws the same code as (reworked) Puncture, meaning no AoE weapons allowed, and the crit buff only works on enemies with Harvest that was applied by Shadow’s spawns, rather than the initially casted shadow with 1. It also doesnt work with shadow claws aaaaand the shadows spawned by Shadow 4 getting kills doesnt apply the crit buff at all, which itself may be a bug but i wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt

Maybe I’m looking at it wrong but then if that’s the case the shadow is completely random when it marks enemies in hordes or numbers

@@NovaUmbral thats exactly right abd why this augment is among the biggest let downs in DE’s history, which is saying something considering their tracj record. You have no way of actually knowing when the buff will work because there is no visual distinction between Harvests of 1 vs spawns. You have no idea how excited i was for this augment as not only does our boy get somethinf, but the augment looked incredible in the description. What an abject disappointment
