Maybe for BTOB, for Melodies that time and for Peniel, loosing his hair is one of the worst that happens to them at the moment, but I believe many of Melody (including myself) found BTOB through that, like at that time Peniel shaved his head, he was so stand out, thanks of that I found BTOB and also my first bias was Peniel Now all of BTOB member is my bias :)

I think Changsub might be dating. Subtle clues like wearing perfume, pointing to himself when the biggest flirt, "I seriously think I am the most romantic", Minhyuk wanting Chansub to "be more romantic". You also don't cook beef bourguignon for yourself (like he said, it's an expensive dish that can take up to 3 days!) unless it is to impress someone... knowing Changsub for many years, he is not the type to be this patient or cook really. He will eat whatever he can get his hands on in the fridge. Some small speculations but it makes sense... anyone with me?
