A video to demonstrate the best way to position a bracket on the central incisors. The orthodontic brackets have a special cut that requires a specific placement on the teeth. The brackets are averaged and their position must be adapted to the anatomy of the teeth and the dentition before inserting an orthodontic wire.

thank you so much Dr. when we put the bracket more gingivally, would this position cause flaring or uprighting of the incisors and vise versa?

You look at the roots ( in 2D mind you) position, length and shape. That will help especially for lateral incisors.

Whats the name of the software and can i use it to design aligner attachments over the 3D model?

Ddp Poland. You cannot use it for attachment design. For this you can use 3D blender or other software but it is not easy

Hi Dr. how is it going? I have a patient who is nearly 9 years old and needs to expand her maxilla.. but one of her upper first molars is badly carious and the D and E are still present.. how can I get enough anchorage for the device and which one is prefered.. the fixed expansion or the removable one? Where can I put the retentive components? thank you so much..

Use the primary second molars.
