@Sam I'm with you on the "fuck capitalism" stuff but like, Parasite won best picture a few years ago. People aren't always good at picking up on the point behind films or shows.

@Sam My point is that Parasite is so very obviously a critique of capitalism and economic inequality, and yet despite it getting big recognition at the Oscars, many people still don't realize what the film is about. And I think we'd both agree that movie and TV production is a capitalist industry. My point is that promoted or not, people often fail to pick up on anti-capitalist messages in anti-capitalist media, so that's not really a reason why a show wouldn't be underpromoted. Winning an Oscar is a pretty big promotion in my book anyway.

I'd say it's pretty well promoted, the cast has had several interviews with the cast and Ben. They have been on gma, Kimmel, Fallon, etc.

@Sam I think it might be a way for the upper class to obfuscate, distract, or ignore their roles in regards to these issues, they can say "we understand" through their art, but they still won't change the system, they will sadly use it to profit and promote the status quo of the system further, as showing empathy or sympathy towards such plights of the common folk is good enough, any further would jeopardize profits. Maybe one of these days it will bite them in their own asses and a show, or movie, that is extremely popular with an anti-capitalist message will unite the middle/working/lower classes against the ruling class, being the catalyst that causes the masses to reject America's crony capitalism.... One can dream....

I think westworld’s season 1 ending is the best, but this one is definitely up there and I wouldn’t argue with anyone who sees it as #1 - the whole thing is fantastic
