A customer called us up and said his sewage pump was not working. In this video we walk through the troubleshooting process we took to determine whether the pump or float switch was at fault.

I have never put coffee grounds into the septic system because I had cast-iron pipes. I now have PVC pipes that I have a grinder pump. My question is… Is it safe for me to put coffee grounds into mine disposal which empties into the grinder pump??

hey, I have 2 zoeller pumps in a liftstation. Both have failed. They are pulling power however, not turning. Having a hard time to get someone to just pull 1 of the pumps out for a reasonable fee :( One asking for about $1000 to just pull out the pump. It is on rails with a cable that is accessible. I tried to pull on the cable but not having much luck getting it to loosen up. Any suggestions ? I have feeling it is stopped up with baby wipes.

You'll need a hoist rig or tripod to pull the pump out if it's on guide rails. Thanks for watching!

Someone's mad at me cut the cords to the pump then fried the computer board to the Aerobic System now it won't pump and I have a toggle switch and then a breaker and you could pull those and turn it and it would pump the water I am critical-care disabled and alone on welfare what is the cheapest way to fix this I thought the toggle switch to make the pump run doing it manually every day would be the cheapest way but how do I do that
