TIP: If clear vinyl like that is hard to find or expensive at your fabric store, get a dollar store bag made of the same material and cut it up.

Is there a mistake on the vinyl when you draw a line 13.5 cm to 16cm please? Because 13.5 is too much

Fold the 37 width vinyl in half and point out 13.5 from that half. Thank you😄💕
