The stunning design lines accentuate your beautiful figure, and the princess-like pleats on the flared drop-waist skirt pair perfectly with the delicate shoulder straps that you can customize to your hearts content :) This lined dress is held together with an invisible zipper closure at the back for a seamless, beautiful fit.

Here are the materials you’ll need:
- 1.1-1.7 m (1 1/4-1 7/8 yds) dress-weight woven fabric
- 1.1-1.7 m (1 1/4-1 7/8 yds) lining
- 40 cm x 3 cm (16”x1 1/4”) interfacing, 2 strips
- 1 m (40”) organza strip/ribbon
- Invisible zipper - 46 cm long (18”)
- Invisible zipper machine foot
- Loop turner
- Matching thread
- Glasshead pins
- Scissors
- Measurement tape
- Odette pattern
Choose a woven dress-weight fabric that will hold its shape, won’t stretch and isn’t see through. This would be something like a silk, cotton, linen, lightweight denim or even velvet. For my dress I’m using a beautiful satin. And for the lining, use a viscose or poly blend.
