Can you use this on a knit neckline and if so, will it allow for some stretch ? Thx. Loved the video.

Yes you can! It dissolves with water. So, once you finish sewing your project, rinse well in water and you will have normal stretch.

Sure, it would be much more cumbersome, but you could.
