It is a Criminal offence that no case can be made on President or Governor, Why this people are not human being and would not commit any offence. Similarly case cannot be made against any person simply a complaint is made by a woman. Before a case is made investigation should be carried by neutral agency, if the outcome is true case should be made against men. if it is a false case women should be punishable as that men. Because false complaints are also more fatal and will ruine the life of men. One such false complaint is made by a woman on our the then SC chief justice Tarun Gogoi and the woman did not turn up to enquire giving her chance to prove her point. She was simply set free on false allegations on SC chief justice which is very Disaster for the country. In 498A case also women should be made punishable for a very blatant false case.

In india the President and the Governors are given safeguards even over the constitution . In the country a person first a citizen and then the position/status . As a sample case if the President or a Governor does a heinous crime like murdering a person in open public , on strength of position they are above board & Scot free and the family has to keep shut up . What is the natural justice saying ? . Comments are received the case is TMC party influenced or politics oriente. GOD forbid , if same incident happens with family members they will brand it as political case . There is another such incident of sexual harrasement with a female in a hotel in Delhi as reported in newspaper . The same Governor is involved . Is this also a political case ? . The Governor is involved in two cases , still above board and Scot free under the cover of constitutional article . The same Governor/ WB filed a case against CM/WB but nobody can file a case against him ?. What a fallacy?.
