Thank you for this video--I really wanted to see the pippa dresses. I am really surprised to see that purple--so different from the website. It's also good to see the length on the short dress: way too short for me! But I have to say that the purple looks nice on you--at least on camera, it's a good color for you. :) Edited to add: for your next video, I would really like to see the Isaure top and the Barbara dress.

Aww thank you so much! 💜 I’m not sure about the purple dress, maybe I’m just not used to it! It is a bit too short indeed, but I think it looks even shorter on me because of my hips, on someone who is 5’5” or shorter with thinner hips, I believe it would look a bit longer? I love the Pippa dress and the colours that you purchased. I actually really like the purple on you though I do agree that the back pulls up a bit. Your decision to only keep the long version is a good one. The longer version is more versatile in terms of styling.

Hello my dear Cristina :) thank you so much ☺️ I really wanted a khaki green, ecru or black one, but I had to go with purple and green 😂 now that I’m getting so many compliments on the purple one, I’m kind of undecided. I’m just not used to purple as much as green, I’ll try styling it and see how much use of it I would get. Thank you so much and have a lovely week 💕

I also kept the green pippa and had similar thoughts about it being a little bit out of my comfort zone. Trying to embrace it. I think it looks great on you and is more versatile than the purple. Would love to see how you style the Alicia skirt next and the blue and white floral tomboy.

Thanks for sharing. I agree with you that Sezane uses too much filter on their products. Like the Barbara dress, it look more pink in your video, unlike what they showed on the website. Both green and purple Pippa dresses look great on you. I agree with you that the longer one looks better than the shorter one. I would love to try one as long as they are available online. XD It was crazy that they all sold out in seconds! P.S. I would love to see your reviews on Luna Tops, Alicia Skirt and Tomboy Shirts. I like your idea to have a video just for Tomboy Shirts. That would be wonderful.

Hello Mila, I loved your video. The purple dress looked nice on you but then it’s up to you to decide whether to keep or return it. Indeed, the colours on the website are much different than in real life. I bought the Marthe jumper in yellow. I loved it but it’s too bright. I didn't want to bother returning it because of the duties I paid. I got some compliments on it so that worked. So I guess Sézane uses filters. Anyway, I hope you are well. Have a great evening. ❤️

Hi dear Najat 💕 thank you so much! Now I’m trying to decide between purple and green, I was inclined to keep the green but I got so many compliments on the purple that I’m second guessing myself 😂 I guess I’m just not used to purple! That Marthe in bright yellow is sooo pretty, such a happy and vibrant shade, I’m sure you got a lot of compliments!! Sorry it wasn’t the color you were expecting, Sezane definitely uses a lot of filters and it’s tough to know exactly what we’re getting. Thank you so much and have a wonderful week 😍

Did you end up keeping the green one Mila? Wondering if it washes well? I bought the grey dress from Amazon - thank you for recommending the shorter and more affordable option! Now I’m contemplating on getting the longer black one from Sezane!

Hi!! I didn’t keep the green Pippa, sorry! The true is that our summer in New York is so short, so I really can’t keep all the pieces I love. I’m splurging now in the fall because I spend 3/4 of the year wearing knits 🤣 I’m glad you got the Amazon one! That one I kept and washed several times, it’s a nice dress 🥰 I think black Pippa is beautiful! I would probably have kept the black if I had tried (it’s more versatile and a more year round color)

Hi! Oh the saffron is so beautiful 😍 it sold out so quickly, right?! The grey dress is linked in this video’s description , it’s from Amazon! That was the only cotton version I found, everything else was rayon/polyester mix.

@@gbosonnet 😂 I totally get it! Yes the purple Pippa is so short (especially on the back area). My hips make it look even shorter! The grey is definitely longer, let me know how you like it when you try on 😍 they have so many nice colors and most sizes were available last time I checked

@@milainnewyork yay I just ordered the Army Green. I ordered an M/L, I'm 5 foot 8 and 147lbs. So I hope it's not too big. But I got the pippa in a large as it was all they had and actually I like the easiness of the fit

I don't think the green dress complimented you. The neckline is (or used to be) called a jewel neckline. The short purple dress looks much better. The sleeve is called a cap sleeve on the gray dress. Think of it as a cap for your shoulder. The gray dress looks good with the denim jacket.

Yes, I agree! I didn’t keep either one, just the grey. I have a hard time wearing T-shirts/ T-shirt dresses - they don’t compliment my body ID. When I wear them, it has to be a very specific fabric/type, it has to be tucked in..so I don’t even bother even trying them on anymore! Thank you

I actually really like the purple on you (better than green) but I know you mentioned you like green as a colour much more. As for the Pippa in general I do feel there is lots of hype around it. I don't own one and don't plan on buying one just because it seems like nothing special. Unlike Sezane's other pieces that have lots of detail this one just seems meh for the price.

Thank you for the feedback :) I think I’m just not used to purple in general. I don’t own a lot of bright colored clothes, I really love neutrals and when I pick colors , I prefer muted/earthy shades. Yes, I totally understand what you mean about the hype and I felt the same exact way when the dress came out. I never understood why it sold out so quickly! I do agree that the price is a bit high for what it is, but now I tried on the dress, I feel that I really love it. I will keep one of them as I think it’s a nice practical and cute piece for summer when I’m not into elaborating too much an outfit. Haha Pippa, sandals and a large bag will do it 😁 thank you for watching and for your comment ❤️
