I love your Sezane hauls and you're the reason I tried the brand for the first time years ago! Now, almost 90% of my wardrobe is Sezane 🤣 I have Jimmy trousers, love the texture and fit! I also have this same Betty and it's such a dream. I tried the first white set but returned it, it looks gorgeous on you though!

Just went to the main location Sezane store on my trip to Paris and it’s definitely worth it to buy locally as many items are at least 20 percent less than ordering from the website and having sent to US!

Love this video 😊 So lovely to see you trying on these items! When Sezane launched Silvio trousers in white, I fell in love with them, however after reading the composition I decided not to buy as the fabric is not silk but acetate and viscose blend and I’d really prefer natural biodegradable fabrics instead🫶

Thanks! Yea I guess it depends on personal goals and values and how much wear it will get. I love true silk but some prefer to avoid it such as vegans. It certainly feels like real silk so I forgot it wasn’t, but in retrospect to have a real silk of this density would be in the $500 range at least.

Loved the video! I wanted to order from Sezane for a while, could you maybe talk more about how the sizes fit etc? We don`t have a physical store in my city. oh that's cool, i try not to look on reddit or anything else for my own peace of mind haha! Regarding kibbe, i think some use the system as a rigid tool, whereas i believe it is supposed to be more of an essence with some recognizable features. I don't have all the gamine characteristics, but some of the conclusions i've come to on my own style journey are very in-line with what helps a gamine. Namely, a gamine can have a very young looking appearance, and that's certainly true in my case. For that reason, anything too feminine/preppy/boho can easily overwhelm and I have found success in adding a grit to my style. I could go on about specifics, but maybe that would be a video in itself!

How do you wash betty cardigan. I’m afraid dry cleaners won’t take it because of colors can bleed.

I actually never dry clean anything because of cost and chemicals. When needed I hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry, using a wool friendly gentle detergent. If uncertain, I only spot clean and then steam, but personally I haven't had any issues with colors from Sezane bleeding, at least with the way I go about clothing care.

Love you and your style! Such great pieces in this haul! It would be my fantasy, old black and white film adulting romanticized me lol. That’s so interesting you have determined you’re a gamine. You seem so much more like a romantic to me, than a gamine…but I could be wrong! Though I could see you as possibly a soft gamine! How did you determine gamine? I’ve been trying to determine my body style and essence for years and can’t nail me down. lol.

I definitely fought against the kibbe system for a while. It still isn’t a perfect fit bc I have long fingers, short legs, curvy hips, small chest, wide collar bone, etc. but gamines usually have a youthful look that must be dressed in a way that is not too doll like, and that is 100% my essence that I have to dress for.
