SF BAY HALIBUT FISHING on the GOLDENEYE 2k.... LIMITS!!!

Our first Halibut trip in the sf bay was one for the books! we hopped on the GOLDENEYE 2000 with captin Quang vo and deckhand jo we fishied live smelt with 3-4 oz weights drifting around treasure island these trips usually go for 200$ish and your fishing between 6am-430ish in the afternoon this is called the sf bay poyluck becuase you never know what you can catch!

Sport fishing wise wide open however these halibut are not very safe to eat, Full of PBC's and mercury. Last two years more and more S.F bay fish eaters are ending up in the DR office with serious health issues and the common link has been diet linked to heavy consumption of SF bay. Way way safer if eating the halibut to go fish outside the Bay . More gas cost
