Why do you care about the tier list before the patch update? It’s kinda irrelevant now. But Luke and JP were generally considered the top 2 before they got their nerfs

Agreed. I think it’s time for him to start moving off Ken, especially since his predictability is getting him caught in so many situations. It might just be weird for his play style needing to adapt to the drive system on Akuma and how lots of characters have some way to stop Akuma’s pressure at some point, albeit even if just for a little.

He probably thinks that he don't really know how to use him. He's better using Ken. Just like Daigo is bad at using Ken, but excel at using Akuma.

@baddmeeloo Do you think Daigo's Ken is bad? Is he far behind the others? In a ranking of the most famous Ken, where would he be? would it be out of a Ken top7?

Its not the fact that Akuma is weak is just the matter of fact all it takes is one mistake with Akuma and you'll get deleted, on top of the fact half of Akuma's pokes can be DI'd. While yes Akuma has the better normals and damage over Ken, Ken has the easier AND better corner carry on top of having more health to be able to take risks and not die for it. Akuma requires you to almost play perfectly which in reality is not gonna be consistent.

I agree. I think Ken doesn’t hold the same threat as he used to. Aggressive shoto for sure but Tokido gets punished off so many quick dash follow ups with Ken’s predictability. I wonder how this will change in the following updates
