I have to say Higuchi is the most exhausting player to face cos he’s always on the defensive and looking to get you on the counter. Very good gameplay. Uses the power of guile effectively

He's patient. Often times he's on the corner but still didn't feel that pressurized and made his way back into winning the match

@@edu_mcd that guy has beaten Tokido, Ending Walker, Paladin & now Daigo. The guy understands how to use guile properly. Only he & Akainu are the best Guile users in the world currently

This is how to play Guile properly. Yes, it is very annoying and you have to be patient against this Guile. Even NuckleDu hasn't properly implemented how to play with Guile

5:05 I don't know what to think about this. Feels like not spending level3 there was a mistake, but you'd get basically no Oki from that. On the other hand, it'd put higuchi just a few stray pokes away from death, and stray pokes was all that daigo was doing to pressure higuchi. Maybe od jinrai into level 2 would have been a better idea?

If he blew his super bar here he would be at a severe disadvantage in round 3. Unfortunately, I think he got some bad inputs and wasted it not long later. But his mentality was that if he used level 3 to win round 2 he would inevitably lose round 3 anyway.

This is one of those sets where I am like "daigo what are you doing?" Like he either had some bad inputs on a couple moments or was just intentionally doing weird stuff for the hell of it. Course daigo is the og street fighter troll lol.

He doesn't show all games, overall he's winning way more than loosing, you can't possibly be top 10 otherwise unless you play 10 times as much as others, which isn't the case since other high ranked players also play a ton
