also in the first round of that match, he dropped a perfect parry combo that I truly believe cost him the whole round and thus the match bittersweet is the perfect way to describe it

@ThePageofCups They are still both using Psycho power to exploit what they want from the world. I also prefer J.P because his plans worked and make sense. Bison has all these extra bodies and still hasn't swapped to any of em.

I don't agree with that. Bison can close the distance instantly in several ways. This loss is just a matter of the character being new.

Na. Bison has multiple ways to get past the zoning and can pressure him really good. It's a very close match up and I think this video reflects that. the only problem for Bison is that he uses a lot of meter and burning out against JP can be checkmate so perhaps a bison would do well to hold off on a few drive rush extensions or OD combos sometimes.

I legit think this one is much much better. 5 was sooo slow and this scissor kicks is pretty much objectively better. heck this Bison in general is 5 if he were faster, had better buttons, and a better scissor kick, plus an extra special move. What is there to miss about 5?

On part of the JP player? Sure I could see that. Bison hasn't been out that long at the time of this recording and the only reason he won the last round was a miscalc likely caused by the newness of the character. Not a position you want to be in when playing a base character.
