Bison seems just auto piloty as any other character. Do any combo to ex scissor than plant the mine and then start auto piloting again. if theyre going to die cash out but if not, end the combo in another mine placement. this games so boring.

This is going to sound ignorant/antagonistic, so feel free to correct it but... aren't most fighting games an eventual copy paste/auto pilot combo system? Especially in the 2D Realm? Genuine question.

@@perplexasaurusrex6217 In older fighting games (MVC2, SF2, SF4, Smash Melee, smash brawl, Tekken Tag Tournament, etc) offense was clearly there and super strong too, but not every situation you wanted to do the same exact thing. It was less of a "memorize these 3-4 combos and im good" kind of thing. Older games also rewarded great execution with more damage and oki as opposed to now, where anyone can do it and take 50% health for little effort. I dont mind games with low execution and i also do not mind games with high damage, they just work terribly together.

@@yourstillwithmeah, I get what you're saying. It's not the repetition itself but how drastic it is in comparison. Older games being more chess like, having more options, he does A, I'll do B, He does B, I'll do C, etc. vs. This being like chess but moving the same pieces, to the same spot, every time. He does A, I'll do A, He does B, I'll do B, and that's pretty much it.

@@perplexasaurusrex6217 Exactly! Recent fighters have turned into "Im going to do my offense and you do your offense and lets see who does the offensive thing better!"

I agree. This is the most stale version of Bison since SF2. A few characters feel like this too-they feel incomplete.
