Well, one thing that Sha’Carri has done is, she’s made the competition really juicy. It’s actually good for track fans, because now the Jamaicans and other elite runners have a renewed desire to work hard and compete. I think Sha’Carri will win the race, but we will see. This is making the Olympics huge !

My hope for her is that she finishes the season healthy then get ready the "Shell" in Paris. Shericka was not mentioned probably because She's running the 200 meters. Therefore; The double Jamaican threat may be down to one. Moreover; "Smart move" or lane choice wasn't up to Sha'Carri, and if She focus like she's been doing on her own race, neither of the aforementioned will matter either. Peace...

This very tacky ass way to devalue Sha’Carri’s success in Budapest with a “lucky lane draw” is played out. She was the first woman & second athlete ever to win a global title from lane 9. The difficult of doing that with no zero insight on your competitors is extreme. Had she been in lane 4 or 5, the outcome would’ve been the same.

No need to be personal . Even the commentator knew it was a Smart move. Nothing is wrong no need to be confrontational. Shacarri is a talented athlete. If this was said about any Jamaicans I wouldn't be bothered. It was a Fair race and anything within the rules that work.... do it! Commenters will always comment.... peace 🙏

I don't think this race will live up to its billing. Sha Carri will definitely win with a time around the 10.7s.. ETH is not yet stable, yes, shes getting her strides back but still far from top form. Sha Carri is untouchable this season. So lets see how it goes though.

I think its probably going to be Herah winning it. She's the faster of the two, even if she hasn't been running her best quite yet after her injury. But given the fast improvements, she will likely throw down yet another amazing time and will beat out Richardson. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if Elaine ends up breaking the WR next year.

I like Elaine, but with Sherika concentrating on the 200m WR, Sha'Carri should be a clear favorite to win in Eugene. Since they haven't announced the participants yet, I'll just say that if TaLou competes, she's probably ranked as second most likely to win, and a coin toss between Elaine and Julien for third.
