Stop hating. When you actually catch someone cheating, say something otherwise, just say congratulations and stop being a "player hater". Records are destined to be broken. It's just a matter of time until they are. When it happens....just be good sport and say "congratulations".

It is hard to say what will happen as we never see Sydney. Bol will be under 51 very probably. Sydney will be as well if she is back to her best. When they met previously Bol had more room for improvement as she started her career and the hurdling much later. 400m PBs can also not be separated despite what you are suggesting. Sydney had 1 season of focusing on 400m flat. Bol had zero. She would easily run under 49 if she did. She even almost did so indoors.

Imagine changing the rules of the event and completely invalidating the hard work people put into reaching world records instead of just adding 10 meters to the length of the field💀

Looking forward to this Kenny B is looking extremely strong! I still can’t believe 4x200 isn’t an Olympic event should be the 200 is stocked! Lyles Knighton Bednarik Courtney Lindsay come on man! Some could argue that should our 4x100!

Sports betting. That’s how to grow the sport. I’m not really a fan of gambling, but I believe that sports betting would bring new eyes to the sport.

Nonsense terrible video comments were terrible and track and field for the most part is for the kids and a very few select adults who are icons in a not to popular sports setting and maybe attention every four years at the Olympics.

Here's an idea! When you show a Track & Field event on TV or streaming, show the effing FIELD events too! Most of us will never run like track athletes. Most will not throw a discus or shot or hammer that far either. But most of us understand the weights and precision of that. Further, watching people run is BORING. The only differences between any two races time and distance. There are a few differences in the athlete styles in the FIELD EVENTS! SHOW THEM!!

It's ignorance. When I joined the Air Force in 1987, I ran a 9.9 in the 100 YARD dash during the bootcamp intramural games. They went crazy,! I did not have the heart to explain that a handheld 9.9 in the 100 yard dash was like an 11.0 second 100m run with an electronic timer. To them, I was the second coming of Carl Lewis. And I had been a 400m specialist in high school and my freshman year in college before going the AF at 19.

Charles Rogers could've done it. Ran 10.2 in high school. 20.6 in the 200m and then 47.8 in the 400m. Played WR at Michigan State and then was the #2 pick in the NFL draft. Dude was also all-state in basketball. One of the best athletes of all-time.
