Basmati Rice (ബസ്മതി അരി) - 2 Cups (400gm)
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2 Litre
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 3 + 1½ Teaspoon
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - 2½ Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Split Chickpea Lentils (കടല പരിപ്പ്) - 1 Tablespoon
Black Gram / Urad Dal (ഉഴുന്ന്) - 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds (ചെറിയ ജീരകം) - ¼ Teaspoon
Cashew Nuts (കശുവണ്ടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 6 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 No
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Onion (സവോള) - 1½ No (200 gm)
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 4 Nos (400 gm)
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida Powder (കായപ്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Ghee (നെയ്യ്) - 1½ Tablespoon
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില)
