As you said, best time to visit is 1 hour before sunset. So what time was it, in the start of the video ? Sunset time in paris as per internet is 9 pm in August.. in this video it seemed dark at the 8 pm light sparkling.

So nice. I was remembering my Paris trip back in 2017. Have you been to Grand Arche La defense area? That part of Paris was very different with the new buildings and it looked a bit futuristic .
