Madness does good damage using the right talismans, death blight only works on other players though

Chilling mist is very overlooked ash of war. Radahn stands still during most of his combos and regardless of his huge status resistance, one chilling mist = 1 frost proc on him. Slap that on an offhand to switch to or even on a heavy/keen infused weapon and utilize jump attacks to punish the teeny windows he gives you. That's the only way I could find consistent damage.

Only small caveat i'd add is that with the dlc poison is a much more viable status due to the Ash of War Poisoned Flower Blooms twice. When you use this ash on an enemy with poison on it, it does a massive chunk of health damage, much like a bleed proc, and it removes the poison so you can apply it again. The difference here is that poison builds up much faster so you can proc it with the ash much more frequently. With the Venomous Fangs set to blood, you can proc both bleed and poison suuuuper easily, thus getting the chunk damage from the statuses themselves AND proccing all the usual talismans and gear buffs associated with those two statuses, for massive damage output. (Poisoned hand in the offhand, mushroom head or white mask, Lord of bloods exultation and kindred of Rot talismans BOTH...it stacks up heavy)

Coil Shield's Viper Bite also does deadly poison, as do the Fetid Pots.

Loving poison/rot builds in the dlc Hefty rot pots are very easy to craft, the fly mold can be purchased if you get its Bell Bearing and the scarlet buds can be picked and respawn when you rest at a grace, think they do 400 rot build up The Deadly Poison Perfume bottles are also great with its ash of war instantly building up deadly poison (You will poison yourself so be sure to have items or incantations to remove the effects) And the new ash of war The Poison Flower Blooms Twice treats both Rot and Poison like bleed, I put it the ash of war on the Venomous Fangs with an Occult Affinity

I don’t think it’d be to much to ask to have deathblight give a small debuff to non tarnished or have madness at least damage bosses while having full effect on weak enemies

It could be something like weakness reduce damage, health, stamina, fp doesn’t have to be all 4 but something along the lines of usefulness in some way

Bloodloss from what ive seen has done the most damage and is simpler to build around ive done 10K or more damage on each proct

So I really thought that Destined Death was an official status effect and it could be. It would probably rank some where in the middle if it were. Flat out removing 10% of max health with a DoT is really strong. The only reason I was able to beat the final boss of the DLC, no names for spoiler reasons, was because I was able to throw on a few Black Blade to make the fight go a little faster. I know it was bugged a while back to have the target regain more HP when it ended butt that has been fixed. Black Blade was also really effective against several invaders I had while waiting for some help with that final boss, guess no one really uses it and threw them off. Its a real dick move invading people who need help with a boss. I defeated 4 invaders out of 7 in like a 20 minute window, 2 I didn't fight and only 1 I lost. Actually pretty proud that I did so well considering that I don't do PVP.
