This is why I don't just sit inside the fortress, I leap out and try to confront the invading Captains (particularly the ones that are the easiest to deal with) personally, and I trust my defending Warchiefs to handle the stronger invaders (who would then not have their Bodyguards there to help them anymore) with their superior numbers. If you take out the invading Bodyguards first, it makes the invading leaders easier to kill with your superior numbers and siege defenses. Worst that's ever happened to me in a Siege is that I lose one or two of the outer points, but I've never had invaders even come close to actually drawing out my Overlord (and any of my Followers who died are usually easy to replace). You want to proactively eliminate as much of your opposition as you can before they can even breach your outer walls instead of reactively defending the capture points. Aggression is your friend in a Siege Defense. And if you start to take a beating, then you can always retreat back into your Fortress where your Warchiefs & their Bodyguards can help you.

Talion & his Folowers can only reach 80 (though there might be a glitch that lets you get your followers to 85). Enemy Uruks and Ologs can go as high as 85.
