It's not a bug. Epic traits mean he's epic. You need to make him legendary by giving him legendary training.

The sword glow is based on if the might bar is full. It's not related to combat itself. So basically you can stack your might bar(s) prior to attacking a captain or a large crowd for instance with the correct skills activated in order to give you a headstart in executions, elven light, quick drain...

The effects aren't that good, setting your enimies on fire after a stealth attack can be a pain especially in late game most captains are enraged by fire and fireproof and will end up one hitting you and if you aren't wearing the ledgendary warmonger cloak the fire will take you down 1/4 to 1/3 of your health if a grunt bumps into you or if you walk over the burning corpse And the ledgendary bonus for two pieces of gear is much better depending on the set like the outlaw set you have a 25% chance to inflict fire, poison, curse or frost every hit

Natural game progression you get that look and the four Masks of the Nazgul towards the end of the game. And the Nazgul Masks are the basic one. Which is what hes wearing. Helm Hammerhands, Isildurs, and Suladans

Orc dialogues freezes the in-game time though and basically everything around otherwise no one would survive encounters obviously. If you do online fort missions, you have a timer so if you capture a fortress under 5 minutes, you get a gold-tier reward. And everytime you enter a dialogue, it freezes the timer to make it fair.

How do you know he’s plays on easy?

It's not being a noob, it's just that the fortress gameplay mechanic is that easy, even without spies.

It's not fake at all. Uruks can be higher levels than the player's level 80 cap. So basically shaming some orcs to reduce their level doesn't become an irrelevant game mechanic. It works like in the earlier stages of the game where you have to shame orcs in order to hopefully recruit them and it's also there in order to give more of a challenge because if every orcs were also capped at level 80 (exception made for your own followers) it would not be fun and that's part of the game design. The game tries to not make everything easy for you even at lvl 80.
