I think that I need the "Shadow Work For Dummies" version because I'm more confused than ever. Is a shadow a mental or physical problem that we're struggling with? Could it also include a higher version of us on another dimension being effected and the trauma is being felt here on us physically? Perhaps a diagram would help to visualise what's happening?

Defined the shadow as "denied portions of self - current or other lifetimes" Carl Jung does an excellent job of clarifying the essential need of integrating the shadow ~ naturally starts with integrating the masculine/feminine internally Those who persecute loudly and adamantly "judgemental" are projecting their shadows (shame) ~ they types are generally very strict and blindly obey (religious zealots for example) The females due to the patriarchy and heavily suppressed throat chakra have generated more shadows Think original intent of the veil was to increase the "diversity and intensity of seeking" which came with risks we are experiencing now Duality was not intended to have this level of ENTROPY due to negative polarization The silver lining is that learning is always accelerated in chaotic circumstances if one escapes victimhood Cheers,

Good evening Honey, I believe I experience a low vibration vampirism- energy sucking. Is it possible to pray for someone, touching their hand (they have a child disabled and brain cancer) once I pulled away, my nose began to bleed. Two weeks prior at the came store ,same cashier, I didn’t touch her hand or pray, they nose bleed happened 15 minutes later. A pattern-I addresses it, commanded it to go, then I recalled you talking about trama shadows, Wow. Thank you!
