Here is the Tarot spread I've created for this type of shadow work:

I've been incorporating sketching into my latest work with Shadow. As a long time journal writer moving into my visual brain is working well with the inherent visuals of daily card draws. Somehow giving wordless shape to the things, even rudimentary, hidden in the dark is truly liberating. Also, not having to interpret with sentences/narrative has freed me up to just feel all that buried stuff. Anyway, this video and recent similar ones have been timely and great. Thank you!. ❤🙏

Omg at @5:50 or @5:51 when you say spirit guides you hear a humming noise and see a misty cloud like white shadow moving across the top right of the screen..trippy!!

Thank you dearly! I have been revisiting some old wounds lately, so this comes very timely. And I recognized that I witnessed a new layer of the event that I am healing from because I have healed some other wounds in my energetic body

Thank you for this wonderful video and spread. I have pulled three tarot cards from Tarot of the Magical Forest (chosen because it is cute and non-threatening) and three supporting oracle cards for each position, from The Enchanted Map Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid. I had this oracle next to me after watching your review of the new borderless edition. I did not know how well these two decks would work together, so am pleasantly surprised to find they give a clear answer. This is exciting. Thank you. 😃

Another in depth shadow work exercise, thank you! I’m very grateful to you for sharing these. There are so many videos out there on shadow work but I haven’t really found any that take you through the process. Do you have any tips when it comes to integration? Would love to hear your perspective.

I was looking through some of your videos on shadow work, and the imagery in the Ceccoli deck is calling to me right now. Before I purchase, I was wondering what the difference is between the Tarot and Oracle decks in terms of using it for Shadow work?
