I’ve asked you before without your response, “What game system do you run or play?” Without a response or if you don’t run or play any, then your opinion has no weight.

All TTRPGs are just a series of rules, mechanics, and dice rolls = dull if that is all you do with them. It is what the GM + Players do with those very dry rules etc etc to breathe tension and excitement into them. So if a game system feels dull, it’s on the GM and or players for making it feel so.
