Nice atypical build for a troll, I find it funny in Dragonfall the game explicitly tells you you've been a Shadowrunner for some time yet the etiquette only pops up once, in HK you're brand new to running in the shadows and it pops up a lot more.

Man, I loved SRR so much, too bad there isn't more of it anytime soon. I remembered rolling as a Cyber-troll, focusing on decking and cyberlimbs so I can hack through both firewalls and fleshwalls.

I always used a cyberarm that catches and throws back grenades, it is so useful in most fights... but i played adept close contact troll with a nasty katana and a lot in body and strength.

If I ever play this again I'll probably switch it up and play more of a close range troll.

i remember my troll was strenght and body focused, shredding enemies with his cyber claws. most of my bigger fights he started by dropping some cram on his eye. yeah he wasn't very nice.

I played the same guy haha! Such a cheap build (body+cyber, strength+close combat... easy!) and the AP damage was just brutal.

Yeah if I play again I definitely want to use one of the cybernetic weapons. Probably the whip.

Kind of why I don't like the persuasion system. Every etiquette is campaign specific. So you have no idea what's going to come up on first playthrough with these PC games. Plus never liked the fact certain races locked you out of the end game gear. Like that last cyberdeck and what not.

Old post but iirc there is an outfit in dragon fall that gives a point in decking and int allowing trolls to equip Excalibur I totally agree with the etiquette system being broken. Either spread out the checks and make them relevant or something. It's like the checks are there for a premade character.
