Appreciate the frequent updates. On an upcoming flight could you focus on the future Village of Edenfield and the golf courses and recreation centers near it? Trying to get a feel for the progress the developer has made and how soon home building might start. Thanks!

Just flew over that area in the well point video I believe, not much going on housing or golf course wise that you can see but I’ll check it out.

This is Moultrie Creek not Shady Brook. Shady Brook doesn't start until closer to their postal. They have not released any Shady Brook lots for sale yet. This is all Moultrie Creek. Yes, the Model Home center is now just inside the Moultrie Creek area. The homes being built north & south of Barr Blvd are Moultrie Creek.
