But, sugar is in bread and works to help in with activating the yeast! But, certain breads have a no sugar or a whole lot of sugar in them! However, if they are using bad yeast and, the bread is not raising, they, hmmm just like we heard, just like more and more of these other restaurants,they are using moderately chemically engineered bread, well, I am sure that explains it, those chemicals add unwanted loaded sugar and, other freaking chemicals that no one wants to eat because, it will make one very sick, it’s ridiculous what they are doing behind the scenes in restaurants that we don’t know about, it’s like what the 👺🔥 whoever, heard of that 💩💩💩💩🫘🫘🫘🫘🫘! 😮😢 It’s very pathetic poor practice, we as customers have a right to be informed as to what’s going on!

As someone that worked there for over a year and a half, the cold cut meat would sit in some sort of liquid. Over time that liquid would harden into a gel. It was nasty

Unwashed vegetables is negligence of a particular employee and could happen anywhere. This should not be portrayed as a Subway thing.

A great research. Thanks a lot! I was suspecting this for a long time. Don't forget that Subway was founded by doctors (or at least that was stated on their napkins about 20 years ago). Doctors usually need more patients - so here we go.

To be fair most chicken or meat in general is full of fillers it’s basically saw dust, from supermarkets to fast food to even fast casual restaurants. The subs today look sad. Potbelly was the best subs.

Cracker mill. Wood pulp used in cheese is used to reduced the sticking effect. Plus antibiotic. The cracker meal keeps the meat firm. Plus with tuna u could add some juice back into the batch.

That’s McDonald’s but, to keep stretching old freaking chicken is ridiculous, they apparently seem to not care if they give their customers food poisoning, and, that’s a huge lawsuit waiting to happen! I didn’t know this, glad, I stopped eating at subway way before the pandemic started because, the vegetables seemed to no longer be that fresh, needless to say, I used to be one of those people who had loved Subway! Not neither necessarily shocked or surprised 😮 just frustrates me that restaurants feel the need to be so, deceitful to their customers!

That’s like LaRosa’s a Pizza Chain and serves Italian Fair Food out of Cincinnati, OH they got rid of their ice burg lettuce in favor of more green chemically generated lettuce that comes from a green house enlightened of all these ecoli outbreaks with fresh lettuce!

The fact that they put this picture up here with all of this meat on it not happen not at no sandwich shop do they put this much meat on sandwiches 🥪, expensive restaurants do this all the time$55 for a plate of fish and find out it is like a $10 piece of fish 🐠, and anyway I have Subway tuna and it was good it did not bother my stomach it didn't make me sick it did make me throw up so I don't know Lee Subway along leave Subway the hell alone

Especially the "frozen lettuce". You can't freeze lettuce and then try to serve it, the water in the leaves will burst the cell walls and make the lettuce soggy.
