Tjodalv is my favorite Dimmu drummer, even though Nick Barker is one of my favorite drummers of all time.

The guy was so important shaping the sound for so many of the early BM projects that came up after them. His work on the Old Man's Child material was great too.

If i remember correctly Tjodalv was taking lessons from Hellhammer back in the days... I'm a huge fan of Nick Barker of course, PEM is a great album and his drumming was fantastic, DCA wasn't completely bad either, but i always loved EDT, GSG and SBD a little more, i miss that Dimmu's era...

Tjodalv's almost robotic precision on Enthroned Darkness Triumphant is one of the finest drumming performances of all time, imo.

I was looking forward as hell to hear some parts with blastbeating and it didn´t happen altough there on the Mourning Palace there are blast beats at the end.

I was looking so much forwards towards blastbeats at the end so a bit of a disappointment there was but overall the video must satisfy all of the Dimmi Borgir fans and bring back the memories of very good old times. I would love to see Tjodalv help DB on some live performances or in Chrome Division line-up. ;)
