Ingredients : Paneer (cottage cheese) - 400gm For Termpering : Ghee (clarified Butter) - 3-4 spoons Cumin seeds - 1 spoon Black pepper - 10-12 Cloves - 4-5 Green cardamom -4 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Bay leaf - 1 Onion - 2 Garlic cloves - 5-7 Ginger- 1/2 inch Tomato - 4 Coriander stem - 1/4 cup Cashews - 20-22 Dry Red chili - 3-4 Salt - 1 spoon Curd mixture For curd mixture : Curd - 2-3 spoons Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon Roasted coriander powder - 1 spoon Roasted Cumin powder - ½ spoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon Honey - 2-3 spoons Dry Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) - 1 spoon

As per Indian Ayurveda u are not supposed to boil honey. It's toxic. So finish cookin, off gas, when temp of dish is less hot add honey n mix

Avoid adding honey in hot curry as it changes properties when it's temperature increases n it's not good for health so try to consume honey in cold conditions

@@Iluvpie6Nothing happens in that, it's just that honey's nutritional value decreases, otherwise it's not going to harm in any which way, however it's better to add honey towards the very end for a better taste as it is processed so nothing to cook too much in that

Firstly, it is not pure honey. No need to add Honey at all it. Pure honey is more viscous.
