This gig was filmed at the Playhouse Theatre in Epsom on the 28th May 2003 and features a number of Shakatak's best loved songs including 'Easier Said Than Done', 'Day By Day', 'City Rhythm', 'Mr Manic And Sister Cool', 'Night Birds' and many more. @@moonhead9760what was ment by underrated = they were not as heard of or appreciated like the household mega bands who had little of the talent shakatak had. Even today people of my age (52) have not heard of them, very sad

I went to Shakatak concert 2011. no comment_ absolutely FANTASTIC!!!After concert I met Bill Sharpe at one bar, couple of shots and smart talks...I explained to him I grew up in socializm and l've listened Shakatak since my 13y-1986. My first LP vinyl what I bought was Shakatak, and had to work on it half a month xexe.Bill grabed his wallet pulled out 50£ and offer to me.... I went on my knees from laughing...Bill love you!!!

Bol som na koncerte 2011.tazko komentovat- nieco uzasne.Po koncerte som stretol Pána Bill Sharpe v bare - Jazz Pub. Dali sme niekolko stamperlikov a viedli rozhovory.Hovoril som mu ako som vyrastal v sociku a že ho počuvam od mojich 13 a že moja prva LP-čka zo zapadu bola Shakatak, musel som na nu pracovat 2 tyzdne. Nato Bill vybral penazenku a dava mi 50 libier. Skoro som odpadol....Bill milujem Vás , asi az do konca mojho zivota

DAY BY DAY pieseň SHAKATAK, ktorá bola v UK rebríčku tri týždne od 16. novembra 1985 a skončila na 53.m. ako jediný hit z albumu CITY RHYTHM. Bola v poradí 13. hitom skupiny v UK a jediným duetom skupiny v rebríčku, ktorý Jill naspievala s americkým jazzovým spevákom Al Jareau. Zaujímavosťou je, že keď som sa počas stretnutia s členmi skupiny 24 oktobra 2010 pred koncertom v Bratislave ich pýtal, či vedia kolko mali hitov v UK rebríčku koľko v TOP 10 a albumov nevedeli mi odpovedať, pretože to pre nich nie je smerodatné....
