The hadith is a narration of Ma’qil ibn Yasaar (Radhiallahu Anhu) who narrates that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam) said: “It is better for an iron rod (nail, needle etc) to be driven into the head of a man, than for him to touch a woman who is not permissible for him.” The hadith is narrated by the great Hafiz of Hadith , at-Tabrani, in his al-Mu’jam al-Kabir (Vol.20 Pg.211) and by the Muhaddith al-Ruyaani, in his Musnad (Vol.2 Pg.323). This narration has been classified as Sahih (authentic) by Allamah ibn Hajr al-Haitami in his az-Zawajir while both Hafiz Munzhiri in his at-Targheeb wat Tarheeb (Vol.3 Pg.26) and Hafiz Nuruddeen Haithami in Majma’uz Zawaid (Vo.4 Pg.326) have classified all its narrators as reliable narrators of Sahih Muslim. and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best

Secondly, a lot of those stories are not meant to be taken literally and are metaphorical in nature . There are multiple interpretation to those stories and multiple philosophies in Hinduism. Hinduism is also a dynamic religion open to change and new perspectives unlike Islam. Just like Muhammad flying on a winged donkey to heaven is metaphorical a lot of stories In Hinduism are known as myths and lore in order to invoke cultural understandings and make concepts easier to grasp. Not to mention the contributions of yoga and meditation to the world by Hinduism without which the world would be missing dearly . I respect Islam and it’s teachings unlike Muslims to Hinduism. We believe there are multiple ways to reach God and it does not have to be believing in Shiva or Vishnu or Hanuman. It can be Allah , Jesus , any form of devotion that is centered in righteousness.

Moreover in Quran there are linguistics such as the arabic word for *Day* being mentioned exactly *365* times throughout the whole Quran and the arabic word for *month* being mentioned *12* times. And the list goes on.. All this is firm evidence. Yet if you still deny it then provide countermeasure better than that of the Quran's. Moreover we have specific prophecies in hadiths which have just come true in recent centuries. So learn more before you bark. Because even Dog can bark.
