I love the symbolism in Franz and Langston’s deaths. Franz didn’t scream as he fell because he knew Reacher and the rest of the 110th would avenge him. He died content because he had friends/family. Langston in the end had no one and he died screaming.

Nah. In season 1 when rich boy killed and admitted to killing Reachers brother he died burning. This man in season 2 killed people equivalent to Reachers siblings so an equivalent consequence is coming for him.

The idea of 1960s era styled mobster style organized crime thuggery just isn't possible in the modern world - Crime has evolved but evidently script writing hasn't.

Langston crying for his life knowing he was going to die and then being thrown out of the helicopter was satisfaction enough. What else did you want them to do, torture him?
