I tried this recipe yesterday and believe me it is the best ever recipe for kofta. Bht soft or sahi tight kofte thay. Mere kofte kabhi sakht ban jatay thay ya phr toot jatay thay. But is recipe se tootay bhi nhi or super soft bhi banay. Best recipe ever. Must try. I didn't wash the keema 😊
