The Shaolin weapons come in various shapes and forms. In ancient China, there were 18 major weapons. Besides blades, spears, swords, and cudgels there is also a variety of dual-wielding weapons, like double hammers.

Shaolin congfu is a combination of Chan+Wu. Chan is what I think and Wu is how I act. Through the forces of practice, I realized this: Know what I want, but let it go sometimes.
