Well it's a bit of a trial really, I was thinking of selling them on the internet. Aimed mostly at classic boat users as wheels the right size etc are getting hard to come by so the idea would be to make them to order. Cheers.

hi. the machine under the table is a router and the those are router bits he is using (although i do understand the confusion for drills if you are unfamiliar with the tools). also, the bit of table the bit is sticking out of is a jig he made to make this job easyer. usually a router like this is pressed down, but mounting it upside down will give him a better fiew of what he's doing. if you do end up making one, always be carefull with power tools. i hope it helped :-)

It's designed for a boat and it will fit onto a 70mm teleflex steering boss with 6 Allen bolts. There will also be a patterned wooden hub in the middle.
