Dr. O'Neal: You are no longer Shaq to me. You are far greater than that. For you to earn this highest of academic honors with your grueling schedule is not only impressive but imperative to demonstrate in the eyes of our young people. From now on I will never call you Shaq...you will always be Dr. O'Neal. You have earnex that. Congratulations.

I love his positive outlook. I’m naturally positive and optimistic too. And this isn’t forced positivity, this is genuine. the way we keep positive is we ensure we always feel a sense of meaning and purpose. That’s extremely important to us, even if that includes tremendous sacrifice. I’m not shaq, but I have a feeling his heart is as big as his size!

I'm so proud of Dr. Shaq O'neil. He broke barriers on the court, he broke academic barriers on the road with a Bachelor's, an MBA degree and now a Doctorate!!!. Trust me, it's not easy. It wasn't even honorary, he did the whole program just like everyone else getting a doctorate. I'm one year in pursuing my own Doctorate degree!! And I'm always sleep deprived hehe. 😂☺️. He did that while playing in the NBA. A great role model to young Brothers, all kids everywhere, even us grown ups. You can do anything if you plan properly, stay humble, and put your mind to it.
