The foot or D*** reference was from the original Roots television show and the episode where Kunta Kinte tries to run away but is caught by 2 slave catchers and they chop off half his foot.

There is an Eddie Griffin special from the 90's where he describes the experience of coming over on the slave ship. One slave is telling the other slave to stop swinging their leg. You may like this one because I remember coming back to school and that part was the most talked about 😂 Check it out
