i am in coach david's water polo class and he is such a great teacher and always has courage in every kid in his class. Just wanted to say thank you for being a awesome, fun instructor for me and everybody in our water polo class

At first it looks really easy to do, very effective too. I'm definitely gonna try and practice it on my next training!
