This is so interesting for me because I feel like soft summer colors work SO WELL for me, but I have brown eyes so a lot of the advice you see on the internet says I should be a soft autumn. But the one time I tried copper highlights they looked horrible and I ended up going to another hairdresser to get her to fix my hair and bring me back to brown.

Carol, I have a great idea to enhance your basic package (which I just received my results this week, thank you!) because so many clients are surprised with results and may have purchased the basic package so they may be anxious by not getting your feedback….Maybe you could take the premium package price, minus the basic package fee they already paid, and whatever that figure is you could offer follow up for that fee? In other words they may actually want to pursue a premium AFTER their results and they could this way. Win win for both you and client❤

Thank you for the suggestion! I used to do this, but issue is now due to limited availability of spaces, I don’t have enough time in my calendar to offer upgrades. Thank you so much for the feedback and suggestion though… love that you care so much 💕💕💕

The issue which is pushing towards getting this done professionally is that I find it really hard to take a step back about myself. When I watch your videos the explanations are very clear, but when looking at myself I think I have a harder time seeing the full picture (except where it's really obvious).

I have experienced shock too 😂 I thought I'm summer but I had a professional colour analysis and I was told I'm a true autumn. My eyes are blue and I loved summer colours, but it doesn't mean they suit me. The fact is that the colours that suit you look more expensive on you.

Carol, you are crushing it with your videos, lately! I can relate to every one of them! You did an analysis for me several years ago as a paid client. Your services are excellent, but I questioned the results only because I questioned my ability to send you perfect photos. Then I enrolled in your do it yourself course. You analyzed me as a true spring. I was pretty sure that this is accurate, because I had been analyzed in the 80s as a true spring. But again, I had slight questions because it was a virtual analysis, and I did not trust my ability to send you perfect pictures. L O L most recently, I saw the video where you compared me to an analysis from another provider. The way you explained the results has me totally convinced that you are correct! Recently, you did a video on how eyecolor should not be the emphasis. Boy can I relate to this!!! I have blue eyes, and everyone thinks I should wear cool colors because of my eyecolor. Most recently, I have gone back to wearing my true spring colors. Amazing how I am getting compliments again! :-) I am just right now dying my silver hair a light copper shade. I hope it is appropriate. I would love it if you would do a video on silver hair and those of us with warmer skin tones. Please, keep producing these awesome videos! I love you! Also, I am glad you are feeling better from the pesky flu.

One more thing, Carol: a few years ago, I had an in person analysis done from a representative of a company that insists that only live color analyses are correct. This so-called expert told me that I am a soft summer. I wore the colors for a while and my friends commented on how the muted color is just weren't doing me any favors. So this proves again that what you say is true: the experience of the person doing the analysis is far more important than whether the analysis is done live or virtually.

@@SueRosalie actually mustard looks amazing on me 😂 I just had no knowledge on the colour seasons and went for the colours I liked, but not that suited me. Now I little by little embracing my new colours

I often find it easy, or at least easier, to see the season in other people, but it's very hard to be objective about myself, so I may have to invest. I have with another service, but I got a result which I don't mind in theory, but I've tried and tried to make it work before, and it never did. So, I might take a look, and invest.

Been loving your channel. Realized I'm warm especially in summer when I tan. I picked out a burnt orange sun hat the other day and it looked so good on me compared to the lighter natural straw colors. If I didnt know about color analysis I never would have even considered trying on that hat! But I'm having a hard time understanding my hair color. Closest thing I can find online is "golden ash blond." I'm so confused about how it can be golden and ash at the same time. I don't know what it means for color analysis either. I may have to purchase tour services because it really irritates me!

Something that confuses me is that I'm sure that I'm cool , but super cool colors don't look the best and not the super muted ones either...

Carol if you dont have any pics of natural hair post pubery is it possible to still have an accurate color analysis?

Yes, our instructions address this scenario, skin qualities in pics would be looked at along with any pics if possible where roots were visible and/or u would provide text descriptions if you know too 💕🎨⭐️
