What does the meaning of permanent residence? Your paspot has changed? Or you have the omani same authority to live in

@@adilsworld122 permanent residency basically means you are allowed to reside in Oman since you are the owner It doesn’t mean you get Omani passport

Thanks for sharing your experience. What’s about Sultan Haitam City development. Should we invest? Should we go for a townhouse or an apartment? Which option will be best for a better return on investment?Will the oversees owner be asked to present in Oman for getting their residence card? Will freehold property owner be buried in Oman, in case of death? Jaza Ka Allah

Sultan haitham city is also a interesting new project but it’ll take time to get ready If you are looking for quick returns you can go for al mouj or Muscat hills as it’s readymade Yes the owner will have to be here for residence card as his biometrics are taken Regarding the last question I’m unaware so won’t be able to advise Thank you

@@uradan1412 on the purchase of property at the fathers name , the Son also gets the residence visa Or there’s an option to purchase on joint ownership as well

السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ میں تمام اپنے معزز سامعین سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ عمان کی مارکیٹ نہ صرف ڈیڈ ہے بلکہ کاروبار کی نوعیت اتنی کم ہے کہ بہت ہی کم میں امید کرتا ہوں کہ سامعین اس کو نہ صرف سمجھیں گے بلکہ ہوش کے ناخن لیں گے کیا اپ کو کوئی ایسا ادمی ملا جو عمان میں اس سو فیصد ڈرامے کو دیکھ کے اگر اس کا کام چلا ہو تو خدارا خدارا بتائیں بہت بہت شکریہ

@@faizasaid3803 closest city in Oman to Dubai is Sohar and Shinas but those don’t have free hold property scope Only Muscat has for now Four bedroom villa can be 500K OMR and above

@@PeacefulHumanity the residency visa is as per the duration of the free hold property under you. The day you decide to sell it you lose the visa as well Also there’s no minimum amount set by government, you just need to find the cheapest property through the developers

@@PeacefulHumanity under 110k USD is a challenge to find in free hold category, especially for an apartment The residency visa is valid until you have the ownership of the property You just need to renew your card every 2 years for a minimal fee
